Shipping

Our aim is to get your order fulfilled and out the door in about a week from the day you place your order. However, we're a small, diligent team– and unfortunately, on some occasions, this window will be prolonged. Rest assured we are doing everything we can to get your order out and into your hands ASAP.

The shipping time will vary, but we estimate a 3-5 day window after your order has left our facility and scanned by USPS. We ship all our orders out from Waco, TX. We generally use USPS, but depending on the parcel size– we may use a different carrier. You will receive a shipping notification email that will soon update with tracking. Often the USPS tracking link page will stay in its "Tracking Unavailable" phase and mention that it hasn't left our facility– when indeed it has (sometimes well over over a week… pretty frustrating). Just takes some time for them to sort through and scan deliveries now post-covid.
